Intention Setting- Dedication Journal

This is a journal to start your journey of remembrance. Answer the questions as best as you can.

We are going to start thinking about your intention for this 10 week journey together.

You will be asked to bring your dedication to every ceremony we have.

You can download and write your notes inside or use your special remembrance journal to answer the question prompts inside this journal.

Sensual Vision Guided Meditation

Take your time to do this meditation and  tune into your playful, innocent nature which is your feminine as you receive your sensual word/phrase/vision.

Your sensual vision or phrase doesn’t have to make sense.

Allow yourself to be curious and expansive with this. Don’t limit yourself to just a word like “peace.” Or Goddess. Instead tap into what you feel, what you see, what feels so possible for you- beyond the understanding of your mind.

It is about you embracing the unfiltered you who isn’t here to play small anymore- and that means your dreams, desires, visions, and intentions get to expand out past the edges of your comfort zone. This is about bringing yourself to be in the full actualisation of YOU.

What to bring with you

• Journal with your dedication written down (bring this to each ceremony) and your sensual vision/word/phrase
• Candle
• Essential oil of your choice
• 2 roses 🌹🌹 ( if you can’t get a rose, any flower is fine- we will use one for the petals)
• Wear something a little loose where you can easily access your skin for your anointing.
