In this live circle we explored sexual energy, and the importance of releasing shame and other tension built up in the womb to create space for your life force energy to move through you. A medicine that you can use for inspiration, vitality and fresh desires to be created.
Your womb is the space of your fertile soils but in order for our desires to manifest and bloom through this sexual, power center, we must ensure that we remove the weeds, and we can do that through the ancient ritual of shaking.
